When you really start to break down the illusions that the food industries have put in place, you'll start to see that you have fewer excuses not to change up your diet than you think. For your own sake, stop convincing yourself otherwise.

No matter how you decide to alter your lifestyle in terms of nutrition and exercise, be certain to get yourself on a good multivitamin, and to detox your system regularly.
